We understand that our entry is subject to rejection at any time (including during the Championship) by the ASGA or the host club.  The reason for rejecting may include unbecoming conduct.  Any questions shall be settled by the ASGA, whose decision is final.

Tournament Information

ELIGIBILITY: Players competing in this Championship are required to be current individual members of the Arkansas State Golf Association and a current member of a club or golf association that is also a member.  the two players are not required to be a member of the same club or golf association.  The Minimum age is 18, unless approved by the ASGA.  The field is limited to the first 50 teams. Entry Fee: The entry fee ($250 per team) includes golf for two rounds, carts for both tournament rounds (two players per cart), range balls for warm-up prior to play on Sunday, lunch Sunday following play and a player gift.  The entry fee must accompany the application.

 

HANDICAP INDEX:  Both players must have current ASGA-USGA Handicap indexes.  Total team handicap cannot exceed 15 strokes.  All scores will be gross score.

 

 

 

Format and Starting Times:  The format is 36 holes of four-ball stroke play.  Tee times will be used for Saturday's round.  Sunday's round will be an a.m. shotgun start.  Players may request first round starting times. 

 

 

 
Practice Round:  A practice round is available on Friday with a tee time reservation and payment of $20, which includes a cart.  Please call the pro shop at 501-666-7965 for a tee time.  Prizes:  The Champions will receive custody of the S. W. Creekmore Trophy plus pro shop merchandise.  Other low finishers will receive pro shop merchandise.
Lodging:  The Holiday Inn Select, 201 S. Shackleford, Little Rock (at the intersection of I-630 and I-430, next door to Regas Grill) is the "official hotel of the ASGA" and offers a rate of $69 for standard rooms, or $85 for executive level rooms and both rates include a full breakfast buffet.  These room rates (for both hotels) are guarenteed for Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday night.  Hotel amenities for standard rooms include indoor/outdoor heated pool; exercise room; in-room coffee makers; irons/ironing boards, hair dryer; ATM; Flavor's Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner;  Atrium Piano Bar; and more than 30 restaurants within walking distance.  Executive level rooms include all amentities of standard rooms, plus; larger rooms, afternoon cocktails and complimentary hors d' oeuvres; turn down service; bathroom televisions, and private keyed floor.  For reservations, call toll-free 1-800-276-6648 and ask for the ASGA rate.  The hotel website is www.selectlittlerock.com
