1ST Annual ASGA Women’s Club Team Championship
ELIGIBILITY: Entries are open to female golfers who are residents of the State of Arkansas, and upon approval by the ASGA, non-residents whose home
course is located in Arkansas. All participants must be ASGA individual members. Both team members must be member of the same club or golf association.
FLIGHTS: Number of flights will be determined by the number of entries and will be pre-flighted by handicap index (lowest handicap index determines
division placement). The following system will be used: Division A: 0-12.9 index; Division B: 13.0-22.9 index; Division C: 23.-36.0 index.
HANDICAP: 0-36 index. Membership: In order to become an ASGA member you may join through you local club or LGA, or join on-line at www.asga.org. (To determine if you are already an ASGA member, if your club number on your GHIN Card begins with a 50 then you are an ASGA Member).
ENTRY DEADLINE: Entry must be received by 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 19, 2005. Field limited to first 54 teams that meet eligibility requirements.
There is no limit of teams per club.
PRACTICE ROUND: Players may play a practice round on Monday, August 29 with payment of cart fee. Call 501-624-2661 for more information.

ENTRY FEE: The entry fee of $200.00 per team includes green fees, cart fees, range balls for warm-up and lunch both days.
SCHEDULE OF PLAY: This Championship will be 18 holes Tuesday, August 30, and 18 holes Wednesday, August 31, with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start both days.
FORMAT: The format will be best ball (4-ball). At least 2 low gross and 1 low net will be paid per flight. USGA rules will apply. All play will be from red tees.
PRIZES: Prizes will be Hot Springs Country Club Pro Shop gift certificates.
