                         We understand that our entry is subject to rejection at any time (including during the Championship) by the ASGA or the host Club.  The reason for rejection may
                         include unbecoming conduct.  Any questions shall be settled by the ASGA, whose decision is final.  We hereby acknowledge that the Arkansas State Golf Association
                         and host club are not responsible for personal injury during this championship.  We have read the USGA Rules of Amateur Status and we conform with those rules
                          in every respect.

Eligibility: The ASGA Parent-Child is open to amateur
golfers in the following divisions:  Mother-Daughter;
Mother-Son; Father-Daughter; Grandmother-Granddaughter
Grandmother-Grandson; Grandfather-Granddaughter; Mother-in-
Law/Son-in-Law; Mother-in-Law/Daughter-in-Law
(Step-Parents/Step-Children are acceptable).  One half of
the team must be female.  The minimum age is 10 years old.
Only one team member must be an ASGA individual member.

Flights:  Flights will be determined by gross score and the
number of flights will be determined by the number of
entries in that particular division.  For example, if there
are 12 Mother-Daughter teams, they will be divided into
two flights of six etc.

Handicap:  There is not a minimum or maximum handicap
requirement. 

Tees:
Females and boys under age 12 will play the Red tees.
Boys  12 and older and men under 65 will play the White
tees .  Men 65 and older will play the Gold tees. 

Entry Deadline:  The entry deadline is Wednesday, June 18
or 50 teams, whichever comes first.

Entry Fee:  The entry fee of $100 per team includes green fees, cart
fees, range balls for warm-up, a box lunch and snacks following play.

Schedule of Play:  This Championship will be 18 holes of medal play
With a 10:00 a.m. shotgun start on Monday, June 23 at Foxwood
Country Club, Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Format:  The format will include alternate shot on the four par-3s (both
players will tee off); scramble on the ten par-4s; and best ball (4-ball) on
the four par-5s.  The ball will be played up a grip length through the
green in all formats.

Prizes:  Gift certificates for the low finishers in each division will be
awarded and a traveling trophy will be presented to the Overall
Champion (lowest score).

Practice Round:  A practice round is authorized at Foxwood
Country Club on Sunday, June 22rd  with payment of a cart fee and
reserving a tee time at 501-982-1254
