| ENTRY DEADLINE - Entry must be received by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2008 | |

ELIGIBILITY: Entries are open to female golfers who are residents of the State of Arkansas, and upon approval by the ASGA, Non-Residents whose home course is located in Arkansas. Field limited to first 50 teams that meet eligibility requirements. All participants must be ASGA individual members. Both team members no longer have to be from the same club in order to compete in the tournament for prizes; however, to win the first place traveling trophy, both players must be from the same club. |

FLIGHTS: Number of flights will be determined by the number of entries and will be pre-flighted by handicap index (lowest handicap index determines flight placement). However, in the net competition each player will be allowed to use all of her handicap after being indexed to Pine Bluff CC course rating, todetermine net score of the team. |

HANDICAP: 0-36 index. |

MEMBERSHIP: In order to become an ASGA member you may join through your local club or LGA, or join on-line at www.asga.org. (To determine if you are already an ASGA member, if your club number on your GHIN Card begins with a 50 then you are an ASGA Member). |

PRACTICE ROUND: Players may play a practice round on Sunday, September 28 for a $15 per player cart fee. Please contact the Pine Bluff CC pro shop at 870-535-3180 to reserve your tee time. Cary Maddox is the PGA Golf Professional. |

ENTRY FEE: The entry fee of $200.00 per team plus a $6.00 transaction fee includes green fees, cart fees, range balls for warm-up, lunch and continental breakfast both tournament days. Total online entry fee $206.00 |

SCHEDULE OF PLAY: This Championship will be 18 holes Monday, Sept. 29, and 18 holes Tuesday, , with a 9:30 a.m. shotgun start both days. |

|
FORMAT: The format will be best ball (4-ball). At least 2 low gross and 2 low net will be paid per flight. USGA rules will apply. All play will be from the Red Tees. |

|
PRIZES: Prizes will be Pine Bluff Country Club Pro Shop gift certificates. |
