Eligibility – Players competing in this Championship are required to be current individual members of the Arkansas State Golf Association and a current member of a club or golf association that is also a member. The two players are not required to be a member of the same club or golf association. The minimum age is 18, unless approved by the ASGA. The field is limited to the first 50 teams.	Format and Starting Times – The format is 36 holes of four-ball stroke play. Tee times will be used for Saturday’s round. Sunday’s round will be an a.m. shotgun start. Players may request first round starting times. Both courses will be used for this championship – one played on Saturday and the other on Sunday. The rotation of courses will be posted at HSCC.
Handicap Index – Both players must have a current ASGA-USGA Handicap Index. Total team handicap cannot exceed 15 strokes. All scores will be gross scores.	Prizes – The Champions will receive custody of the S. W. Creek- more trophy plus pro shop merchandise. Other low finishers will receive pro shop merchandise.
Entry Deadline – The application and entry fee (see front) must reach the ASGA office, P. O. Box 30250, Little Rock, AR 72260, no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2008. It is permissible to copy this entry form, if necessary. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.	Lodging – The historic Arlington Hotel located on Central Avenue in Hot Springs is the headquarters hotel for this championship. Please call 1-800-643-1502 and identify yourself as an ASGA Tournament Player to find a room rate. Because of “racing season,” the ASGA suggests you make any reservations early. The Arlington and HSCC are under the same ownership.
Practice Round – A practice round is available on Friday, March 28 by calling the HSCC Pro Shop at 501-624-2661 and reserving a tee time. Each player will have to pay a reduced rate green fee. Tim Zimmerebner is the PGA Golf Professional.
