We understand that our entry is subject to rejection at any time (including during the Championship) by the ASGA or the host club.  The reason for rejecting may include unbecoming conduct.  Any questions shall be settled by the ASGA, whose decision is final.
We hereby acknowledge that the Arkansas State Golf Association and host club are not responsible for personal injury during this Championship.  We have read the ASGA Rules of Amateur Status and we conform with those rules in every respect.

Tournament Information

ELIGIBILITY: Players competing in this Championship are required to be current individual members of the Arkansas State Golf Association and a current member of a club or golf association that is also a member.  the two players are not required to be a member of the same club or golf association.  The Minimum age is 18, unless approved by the ASGA.  The field is limited to the first 50 teams. Entry Fee: The entry fee ($320 per team) includes golf for two rounds, carts for both tournament rounds (two players per cart), range balls for warm-up prior to play on Saturday & Sunday, lunch Sunday following play and a player gift.  The entry fee must accompany the application.

 

HANDICAP INDEX:  Both players must have current ASGA-USGA Handicap indexes.  Total team handicap cannot exceed 15 strokes.  All scores will be gross score.

 

Format and Starting Times:  The format is 36 holes of four-ball stroke play.  Tee times will be used for Saturday's round.  Sunday's round will be an a.m. shotgun start.  Players may request first round starting times. 

 
Practice Round:  A practice round is available on Friday, March 28 with a tee time reservation and reduced green fee payment.  Please call the pro shop at 501-624-2661 for information.  Prizes:  The Champions will receive custody of the S. W. Creekmore Trophy plus pro shop merchandise.  Other low finishers will receive pro shop merchandise.
