We understand that our
entry is subject to rejection at any time (including during the
Championship) by the ASGA Women’s
Committee or the host Club. The reason for rejection may
include unbecoming conduct. Any questions shall be settled by the
ASGA Women’s Committee, whose decision is final. We hereby
acknowledge that the Arkansas State Golf Association and the
host club are not responsible for personal injury during this
championship. We have read the USGA Rules of Amateur Status
and we conform with those rules in every respect. |
Eligibility: Entries are open to female
golfers who are residents of the State of Arkansas, and upon approval by
the ASGA, non-residents whose home course is located in Arkansas.
All participants must be ASGA individual members. Partners do not have to
belong to same club.

Entry Fee: The entry fee of
$200.00 per team includes green fees, cart fees, range balls for
warm-up, & lunch both days. A transaction fee of $6.00 should be
added for on-line entry.

Flights: Number of flights will be determined
by the number of
entries and will be flighted by first round score.
|
Schedule of Play: This
Championship will be 18 holes Wednesday, May 27 and 18 holes Thursday,
May 28. Lunch will be provided on Wednesday beginning at 11:00 a.m. and
lunch Thursday after the round along with the awards presentations.

Handicap: There is not a minimum or maximum
handicap
requirement.

Entry Deadline: Entry must be received
by 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2009

Format: The format will be scramble.
Round one will be a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start with round two shotgun start
beginning at 9:30 a.m..

Membership: In order to become an ASGA member
you may join through your local club or LGA, or go to
www.asga.org and join on-line. (To
determine if you are already an ASGA member, if your club number on your
GHIN Card begins with 50 then you are an ASGA member.)
