The Mid-South Golf Association and Beau Pre’ Country Club in Natchez, Mississippi cordially invite you to participate in the 2004 Mid-Amateur & Senior Amateur Championship. Beau Pre’ has opened to rave reviews and has hosted many prestigious events since it opened July 17, 1999. It is a Mike Young design that features Tif-Eagle greens, 419 Bermuda fairways, complete practice area, clubhouse and pro shop.

INTRODUCTION The Mid-South Golf Association and Beau Pre’ Country Club invite you to participate in the annual Mid-South Mid-Am & Senior Am Championship.	PRACTICE ROUND A practice round is available on Friday, November 5 With a tee time and $30 fee. Please call Beau Pre’ 1-601-442-8181 for your reservations.
ELIGIBILITY The Mid-South Golf Association is comprised of the state golf associations of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, ?, and Texas. Entrants must reside in one of these states.	DIVISIONS There will be two divisions, Mid-Amateur (25-49) and Senior (50-Up).
FORMAT The format will be modified Stableford formula. Points: Double Eagle 10 Eagle 5 Birdie 2 Par 1 Bogie 0 Double Bogie or higher -1 Player with most points will be declared Champion.	PRIZES Prizes will be gift certificates from Beau Pre’ ProShop for each division. Prizes in each division will be based on number of entries. TEE TIMES: Tee times Saturday, November 6^th will start at 8:00 a.m. Sunday, November 7^th will be an 8:00 am shotgun. SIZE OF FIELD The field is limited to the first 100 players.
ENTRY FEE: The entry fee of $150.00 includes a practice round on Friday, November 5 (with $30 fee), two rounds of tournament play on Saturday, November 6^th and Sunday November 7^th with carts and range balls included. Lunch will be provided following each round.	Entertainment: Lunch will be provided both days for all competitors and Player’s Party at the Isle of Capri Casino Saturday 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Information will be forth coming when we receive your entry.
HOTEL: The Isle of Capri Casino and Hotel in Natchez, MS will offer a $39 room rate. For Reservations call 1-800-THE-ISLE (843-4753) and ask for the Mid-South Mid-Am Rate.
