Eligibility: Entries are open to female golfers who are residents of the state of Arkansas, and upon approval by the ASGA, non-residents whose home course is located in Arkansas. All participants must be ASGA individual members. There is no maximum handicap for this event.
Format: 18 holes with a 4 person team. Each team will be given a dozen pink balls. One player will be designated to use the pink ball on the hole being played. The pink ball will rotate among the team during the round. The player’s score who’s playing the pink ball will count on that hole and be added to the best ball from the other 3 players on the team. At the end the lowest total score will win the event.
Example: Team of Susan, Nancy, Debbie, and Ann. Susan plays the first hole with the pink ball and makes a 4. Nancy has a 6, Debbie has a 5, and Ann makes 4. The combined score would be 8 (Susan’s 4 + Ann’s 4). Nancy will play with the pink ball on the 2nd hole and her score will count and the best ball will be taken from the other 3 players and added to Nancy’s score… etc.
Schedule: May 21, 10:00 am shot gun start. Lunch and awards will follow the conclusion of play. Additional information and pairings will be emailed to players prior to the event (please make sure your email information is correct on the registration page).
Deadline to Register May 15th at 4:00 p.m.
Practice Round: Please call the Hurricane Golf Course Proshop to schedule a practice round.
