The Arkansas State Golf Association is saddened to share the passing of two Arkansas Golf Hall of Famers, Jack Jordan and Ed Harris - men whose names are woven into the fabric of golf in our state.
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (March 10, 2026) - Jack Jordan, who passed away Feb. 25 at the age of 89, was inducted into the Arkansas Golf Hall of Fame in 2006. A standout athlete at Arkansas A&M, now the University of Arkansas at Monticello, Jordan first picked up the game in college and went on to become one of Arkansas’ most respected senior golfers. His obituary notes that he was named ASGA Senior Player of the Year multiple times, and beyond his success on the course, he was remembered as a mentor, educator, and friend to many throughout Arkansas golf.
