Eligibility – The Field is limited to the first 30 registered teams. Open to all individual ASGA Junior Program members. The minimum age is 12 and the maximum 18, or until the player has begun college, younger participants must be approved by the ASGA. Non-Residents are not eligible, unless they live in a border town and are members at an ASGA member club. Attire - Players are encouraged to coordinate matching uniforms for each day while still abiding by Junior Program Conduct. The Tournament Committee will award a "Door Prize" for the best dressed team on Saturday.
Format and Starting Times – The format is 36 holes of four-ball stroke play. Tee times will be used for Saturday and Sunday’s round beginning at 8:00 A.M.. A Barbecue-style lunch will be served on course Saturday and an awards ceremony will take place after Sunday’s round. The Lunch on Saturday will also be made available for purchase if a parent chooses to also eat.
Spectator Carts - Spectator carts available to rent at the price of a cart fee, first come, first serve each day.
Entry Deadline – The Entry Fee must be paid online through the Golf Genius Tournament Management software by 4P.M. on Friday, March 21st, 2025. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Each competitor will receive a tee gift on the first day of competition.
Practice Round – A practice round is available for registered competitors leading up to the championship for the price of a cart fee. Practice Rounds will be made available on weekday afternoons and on a space available basis for weekends leading up to the Championship. Boys Division will compete from approximately 6,200 yards (Conway CC - Blue Tees) and Girls Division will compete from 5,800 yards (Conway CC - White Tees).
