ELIGIBILITY: Entries are open to male and female golfers who will not reach their 19th birthday by July 15, 2025 or entered college and who are bonafide residents of the State of Arkansas, and upon approval by the ASGA, non- residents whose home course is located in Arkansas. All participants must be ASGA Junior members. Field limited to 100 boys or girls.
HANDICAP REQUIREMENTS: Boy’s Ages 14 – 18 - 11.0 or less. Girl’s Ages 12-18 – 18.0 or less.
ENTRY FEE: The entry fee of $120.00 includes Championship golf, range balls, a meal on Tuesday, July 15th, and registration item and complimentary drinks and snacks available for competitors.
FORMAT OF PLAY:
• Monday, July 14th – 8:30 a.m. BOYS & GIRLS; shotgun qualifying, Boys for 64-man bracket, Girls for 32-women bracket. If there is less than a full field, byes will be awarded to the top finishers in the qualifying round. Both defending champions are no longer eligible for this year’s championship.
• Tuesday, July 15th – BOY’S & GIRL’S; 1st round matches in a.m., tee times starting at 8:30 a.m., second-round matches in p.m.
• Wednesday, July 16th – BOY’S 3rd round matches in a.m., Quarter-Finals in p.m. – GIRL’S Quarter-Finals in a.m.and Semifinals in p.m.
• Thursday, July 17th – BOY’S Semifinals in a.m., Championship match in p.m. GIRL’s Championship in a.m. 2025 Match Play Schedule is based on a Boy’s 64 Player field and a Girl’s 32 Player field.
The ASGA reserves the right to adjust the schedule accordingly.
YARDAGE:
- Boys Ages 14-18 will play the course at approximately 6,467 Yards (BLUE TEES)
- Girls 14-18 will play the course around 5,962 Yards (WHITE TEES)
ENTRIES: Entries must be completed online by Monday, July 7th, 2025 OR when the field has filled.
PRACTICE ROUND: Call the The Greens at North Hills Golf Shop at (501)833-3790 to schedule a practice round on a space available basis. Players are subject to pay a $10 Greens Fee.
SPECTATOR CARTS: All carts available will be rented out on a first come, first serve basis at a price of $22.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: The ASGA reserves the right to reduce the number holes of the competition, in the event of inclement weather.
TROPHIES: Medalist for both BOYS & GIRLS receives a trophy; Girls Champion receives custody of MaryPerrin Trophy for ensuing year and individual trophy. Runner-up also receives a trophy. Boys Champion receives custody of Fred Gordy Trophy for ensuing year and individual trophy. Runner-up also receives a trophy.
CADDIES: Will be allowed beginning with Quarter-Finals – cannot be mother, father or guardian of player.

RESULTS: ALL results will be submitted to Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS), the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), and World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) in a timely manner after the completion of the competition.
REFUND POLICY: In the event that you request a refund prior to the registration deadline, you will be refunded the full amount, minus a $25 processing fee.
