ASGA Wrights BBQ Shootout Championship

April 11-12, 2026

Registration Opens: January 19th, 2026 @ 12 pm CST

Registration Closes: April 6, 2026 @ 4 pm CST

Eligibility: Open to male and female amateur golfers who are current individual members of ASGA with an active GHIN handicap index. Amateur – 16+, Mid-Amateur – 25+, Senior – 50+, Super Senior – 60+, Legends (formerly Masters) – 70+

Entry Fee:  The entry fee is $215 for all participants. The deadline to enter is April 6th at 4:00 P.M., or until the field is full. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be returned.

Tee Markers: Yardages are TBD.

Format: The championship will be a two-round, individual Stableford format. Each competitor will play 18 holes per round, for a total of 36 holes over the course of the championship. Points will be awarded on each hole according to the Stableford scoring system, and the rankings will be determined by the players with the highest total points accumulated over the two rounds.

Saturday, April 11th – Starting times are TBD.
Sunday, April 12th – Starting times are TBD. Prizes awarded immediately following the completion of all play.

Practice Round: Please contact Shadow Valley Country Club at (479)-203-0000 to arrange your practice round. 

Prizes: Approximately 30% of the field will receive pro shop credit based on the players finishing position.

Exemption: The champion of the Amateur Division will receive an exemption into the 111th Arkansas State Amateur Championship, to be held at Blessings Golf Club.

Refund Policy: Participants who withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.
