Women’s Eclectic

Registration Opens: January 19th, 2026 @ 12 pm CST
Registration Closes: April 22nd, 2026 @ 4 pm CST
Eligibility: Open to all women with a valid GHIN and member of a recognized AGA in the US. Anyone not an ASGA member or a collegiate student-athlete at an Arkansas school will be required to purchase a yearly membership here. Age Divisions outside of the Amateur division will be broken down by the following Ages - Mid Am 25+, Senior 50+, Super Senior 60+, Legends 70+. Teams are welcome to be made up of two players from different age groups.
Handicap Index Requirements: There is no maximum handicap for this event.
Tournament Flighting: The tournament will be flighted after the first round based on scores. A maximum of 5 flights will be contested.
Tee Markers: Ams and Mid Ams (25+) will play the WHITE tees (5900), Seniors (50+) will play the GOLD tees (5400), and Super Seniors (60+) and Legends (70+) will play the RED tees (4800). All players must meet the age requirement by April 29th, 2026.
Entry Fee: The entry fee is $280 per two-woman team. The deadline to enter is April 22nd at 4 pm CST, or until the field is full. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be returned. Entry fee includes player’s green fee, cart fee, range balls and lunch after the final round.
Format: The Women’s Eclectic format means selecting the best hole score over two days of play on the same course. You may understand this as the “Ringer” format - we combine scores from multiple rounds to create a single, best-ever 18-hole scorecard for each team, selecting the lowest score for each individual hole across both rounds to find the lowest overall gross score. You and your own partner are scoring your best score between the two of you on each hole over two days. Low team 18 hole total score wins!
Tee Times: 9 AM Shotgun start for both rounds.
Points earned will go towards the inaugural Women’s Scramble Championship and Player of the Year.
Schedule of Events:
Food: Lunch will be served after the conclusion of the final round during the awards ceremony.

Prizes: Top 3 teams in each flight will be awarded Shop Credit. Any ties will be broken automatically via the USGA tie breaking method.
Refund Policy: Participants who withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.
