Bella Vista Two Lady Multi Day Tournament
Host club: Bella Vista POA - Highlands and Scotsdale
Date: July 11th-12th, 2026
Registration Opens: January 19th, 2026 @ 12 pm CST
Registration Closes: July 6th, 2026 @ 4 pm CST
Eligibility: Open to all women with a valid GHIN and member of a recognized AGA in the US. Anyone not an ASGA member or a collegiate student-athlete at an Arkansas school will be required to purchase a yearly membership here. Divisions outside of the Amateur division will be broken down by the following Ages - Mid Am 25+, Senior 50+, Super Senior 60+, Legends 70+
Handicap Index Requirements: There are no maximum or minimum requirements for handicaps; however, a GHIN number is required at registration for each participant.
Tee Markers: Two courses will be played for the duration of the event: Highlands and Scotsdale. For both courses, the Ams and Mid-Ams will play the WHITE tees, Seniors and Super Seniors will play the RED tees, and Legends will play the GOLD tees. All players must meet the age requirement by July 11th, 2026.
Tournament Flighting: The tournament will be flighted after the first round based on scores. A maximum of 4 flights will be contested.
Entry Fee: The entry fee for the two days will be $280 per team ($140 per player). The deadline to enter is July 6th 2026 at 4 pm CST, or until the field is full. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be returned. The Entry fee includes green fees, carts, and shop credit payout.
Format: This is a Two Format Tournament, one each day.
The Scotsdale Course will be a SCRAMBLE- a team format where all players tee off, the team selects the best shot, and both play their next shot from that spot, repeating until the ball is holed.
The Bella Vista Country Club will be a FOURBALL - also known as a Best Ball, it is a pairs format where two partners play their own balls, and the team's score for a hole is the lower score of the two players.
Start Times: We will play both rounds as tee times
First Round tee times will begin at 12 pm
Second Round tee times will begin at 7:45 am.
Points earned will go towards the inaugural Women’s Scramble Championship.
Schedule of Events:
Food: Food will not be provided for the event.
Prizes: Shop credit payouts to top finishing teams in each flight.
Refund Policy: Participants who withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issues after the registration deadline.
