The Women’s Fore State Team Championship, established in 1995, fosters a friendly rivalry among amateur women golfers from Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Each state team consists of 12 players divided into three divisions: Amateur (ages 39 and under), Mid-Amateur (ages 40-59), and Master (ages 60 and older). Team selections are based on performance in the Arkansas State Golf Association’s Simmons Bank Player of the Year points, as well as finishes in ASGA Individual Championships. The championship includes four rounds of competitive match play.
