ASGA Announces Hiring of Executive Director

Carson Roberts, Conway Native and former State Amateur Champion, was recently named Executive Director of the Arkansas State Golf Association. 

Growing up in Arkansas, Carson discovered a life-long passion for golf that would shape his journey in many ways.  His competitive golf journey started with his first ASGA tournament at age 13, where the true love for the game developed. This passion led to many different achievements: three professional wins, an Arkansas Amateur Championship, multiple college region/conference honors, and over 100 professional events played.  During his time as a professional, he competed all over the world playing full seasons on PGA Latin America, PGA Tour Canada, and other various tours across the United States.  Since retiring from professional golf Carson has moved back to Little Rock, Arkansas.  As the executive director, Carson plans to give back to the golf community that made a strong impact on his life.
